Orders placed with F & B Enterprises are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner performance.

We ship across India using authorized logistics partners. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the logistics provider. F & B Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Customers must report any damage, shortage, or incorrect delivery within 48 hours of receipt. Accurate shipping details must be provided at the time of order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, F & B Enterprises accepts returns or exchanges only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or supporting proof. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon verification, approved exchanges will be processed or a refund will be issued, as applicable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
